How much does it cost to take the GED?

The cost for GED testing is a fee of $70.00 for the initial five portion test. However, retakes are given at the cost of $14.00 per section except for the writing which is $16.00 per retake.

How long until I know the results?

It takes about 4-6 weeks until results and diplomas are recieved here at the Test Center. We can get your results about 2-3 weeks after you have tested online. Once we are able to retrieve your test scores , someone at the Test Center will contact you. You'll be contacted again once diplomas have been received.

I have lost my diploma. How can I get a new one?

The Test Center cannot provide you with another transcript or diploma. Anyone seeking to get a new diploma or official GED transcript, should call 1-877-352-4331.

What do I need to bring with me to the registration and test sessions?

It is strongly advised to arrive early to the Test Center on day of registration. Doors are locked promptly at 3:00 p.m and will remain so for the duration of the GED registration process. You will need to bring a Government Issued Photo I.D. and a Social Security Card.

Attention Testers Under the Age of 18!

It is required that you have a Letter of Hardship from your School Board District Office in order to take the GED.  Bring  this letter with you at the time of your GED registration or on the day of the test.
