Technology Accommodations
The college supports PC computers with XP operating systems in the computer classrooms and computer labs. Disabled Student Services supports screen reader software ( JAWS and ZoomText Plus), screen magnification software (ZoomText), on-screen keyboard (REACH), voice dictation software (Dragon Dictate Naturally), reading and writing software (Kurzweil), C-print software and graphic organizer software (Inspiration).
The college also supports cassette tape recorders, various types of computer input devices (trackballs, alternative mice), regular and voiced calculators, Franklin Spelling Ace, and FM assistive listening devices.
