Thank you for visiting our site and we hope it provides you with the information you need. Be sure to use the on-line admissions forms (including the $15 payment). In filling out the application, make sure you pay close attention to the residency affidavit on the last page.  TWO forms of residency verification for tuition purposes are required.  Make sure you bring in any of the three forms of verification listed below when you bring your application to the admissions office.  If you are mailing in your application, make sure you provide copies of the documents that prove residency for one full year before the first day of class.
