Merchandise/Customer Assistant

Excellent customer service skills, merchandising ability, strong drive for results.  Responsible for departmental merchandising/assisting customers.  Will spend time replenishing sales floor/maintaining standards/straightening/assisting customers.   

Receiving Merchandise Pickup

Strong commitment to safety, able to lift/move at least 20 lbs, excellent communication skills.  Responsible for execution of receiving activities including unloading merchandise/merchandise preparations/staging/outbound shipments/daily backroom activities.  Will assist in maintaining stockroom in neat/orderly/safe manner.  Other duties include promptly serving customer at merchandise pick-up/properly sorting merchandise/proper use of all material handling/safety equipment.  

Consultative Sales Associate

The consultative selling associate is responsible for selling and servicing customers.  This position exists to provide positive contact with the customer.  This person must discover and understand customers’ needs.  To educate customers on options available, provide customer assistance and support our customers after the sale, while delivering satisfying and positive customer experiences.  The associate will also support customers in handling their issues and concerns as they arise on the sales floor.
