Night Auditor (P/T)
Position Description
Night Auditor is responsible for posting and balancing charges and
settlements for room, restaurant and bar daily work; maintaining
files; and resetting the systems for the next day's operations.
This position requires basic knowledge of accounting operations,
mathematical skills, and computing skills. In addition to the
accounting functions of the position, our Night Auditor is also
responsible for checking guests in and out, handling any guest
requests independently, and working closely with the other
departments on AM & PM shifts, including Security department.
Night Audit shift is from 11pm to 7am. Days off vary based on the
business volume. Must have excellent guest service skills, cash
handling skills, be detail oriented and be able to stand for an 8
hour shift. This is a PT position with a schedule of 2 nights per
week.
Security Guard (P/T; 3rd Shift)
Position Description
Responsible for ensuring personal safety of all guests, employees
and visitors. Protects hotel, employees and guest property from
theft, misuse and vandalism. Must be able to handle multiple tasks
and able to make appropriate decisions in difficult situations.
Must be able to walk for extended periods of time. Must be
customer-service orientated, and have excellent hospitality skills.
Flexible schedule 20+ hours a week.
Banquet Chef
Position Description
Must possess knowledge of all areas of the kitchen. Ensure quality,
consistency and creativity are at the highest level. Responsible
for the production and execution of banquets and ala carte
restaurant with emphasis on quality, must maintain inventory and
cost controls; adhere to all food handling and sanitation
standards; maintain all hotel brand standards. Culinary arts degree
preferred; High volume hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
Flexible schedule 30-40 hours a week.
