Institutional Effectiveness Committee

The Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC) promotes activities and practices that increase the overall effectiveness of the college. The committee oversees an ongoing cycle of institutional self-appraisal, strategic planning, implementation of strategies, and assessment of outcomes. Specific responsibilities of the committee include college-wide planning, program review, assessment, resource management, and accreditation compliance. An important responsibility of the committee is development, implementation, and assessment of strategic initiatives that are tightly connected to institutional resource allocation decisions.

The committee strives to maintain compliance with the College's standards for excellence and standards of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
