The Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC) promotes activities and practices that increase the overall effectiveness of the college. Specific responsibilities of the committee include college-wide planning, program review, assessment, resource management, and accreditation compliance. An important responsibility of the committee is development, implementation, and assessment of strategic initiatives that are tightly connected to institutional resource allocation decisions.
