Student Records

Change of Major

Students desiring to change their major should stop by the Registrar's Office in Building 15 and pick up a Change of Major Form.  This form will need to be signed by your Advisor and returned to the Registrar's Office.

Change of Name or Address

If you change your name or address, come by the Registrar's Office and let us know so we can update our student database.  (You will need to provide documentation of the name change.)  Please print and fill out the following form.

Student Grades

  • Consult the College Calendar to determine when instructors have to have their grades input in Blackboard.  Final grades may not be posted in Blackboard.  You will need to log in to LCCC student services. (See Student Grades for more information.) You can view the college calendar by clicking HERE.
  • Student grades are accessed via the web or LCCC’s telephone registration system.  Click HERE for detailed information.  Grades will be available the day after they are posted in Blackboard by the instructor.

Grade Recalculation Form

A student who has repeated a course must submit a grade recalculation request to the Registrar's Office in order for a grade point average (GPA) adjustment to occur.  Please see the "Grade Forgiveness" information in the College Catalog for additional information.  To obtain the form go to: /college-forms-database.aspx  and select Grade Recalculation form.   

Enrollment Verification

Students requiring enrollment verification may stop by the Registrar's Office between 8:00 am - 6:30 pm. Monday - Thursday and 8:00 - 4:30 pm on Friday.
