Kurt B. Havird

Kurt is the Forest Operations full-time instructor.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida, a Master in Business Administration from Valdosta State University, Valdosta, Georgia, and a Master in Education from the University of Florida.  He has spent many years in various forestry disciplines beginning in 1972 as a Forester Technician and working in increasingly responsible jobs in both private and industrial forestry until his present position as the Program Coordinator for the Forest Operations Program at LCCC.
