LOAN COUNSELING
Welcome to the Lake City Community College Office of Financial Aid Online Loan Counseling. Entrance and Exit Interviews are required for all Federal Stafford Loan recipients. You must have the ability to print from the computer you are currently using to complete this interview. If you don't have a printer, you can come into the Office of Financial Aid and complete the Entrance Interview. You may complete this form online.
When you have completed the Entrance and Exit Interviews, submit electronically (after choosing our school) and the Financial Aid office will receive a copy through e-mail services.
Make sure to write down or print the numerical code (Confirmation Number) that appears during this online presentation.
Completion of an Exit Interview is required anytime you drop below half-time for any reason. Exit Interviews will be conducted at the end of each semester. If you leave school for any reason prior to the end of a semester, check with the Financial Aid office for Exit Interview instructions or do the online presentation.
